Cozy Curtains can make valance toppers for your Warm Window insulated curtains and shades. Valances can add that extra decorative touch to your decor. The valances pictured here work well over Warm Window shades. If a valance is going over an outside mounted shade it will project 5 1/2″ – 6″.
